In 2018 my naturopath and I hit a sort of dead end in my 4-year-long saga of treating Lyme Disease, extreme Chemical Sensitivity, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (Chronic Fatigue), POTS, IBS, TMJ, Interstitial Cystitis, and all the other labels that come with "you're in your late twenties and your body's falling apart" mode. She recommended I move from Seattle to a drier climate in California and make an appointment with Amy Farnsworth to get at some of the spiritual, mental, and emotional root causes of why my body was falling apart physically. I first heard about Amy’s healing through a naturopathic doctor in Seattle.
I was living in Australia and scheduled a remote session. The first session was incredibly profound and led to major life changes within a couple of weeks of the session. I felt like a huge weight of ancestral stuff being lifted off my shoulders and for the first time in my life I had full freedom to decide my path and follow my intuition. I made the appointment initially for physical healing and Amy led me to the correct physical therapies and treatments to assist my healing, as well as shifting deeper mental, emotional and spiritual issues that were holding me back.
